Mindset and Ironman Triathlons…

It takes a relentlessly strong and forward thinking mindset to stay focused while continuing to move ahead in this fast paced, constantly evolving environment. I understand the power of mindset that impact results.

I have competitively raced in Triathlons for the past 8 years and have competed in 6 Ironman triathlons. In 2008 I qualified for the World Championships Ironman in Kona, HI- a long time goal of mine. I recently raced a 30 mile and 50 mile trail ultra marathon and am currently training for a 100 mile ultra marathon in March 2010. I believe any goal in business or in one’s personal life can be achieved with the right focus, mindset, and willingness to charge through fear and limitations.
